MLS side Toronto F.C. have secured the services of forward Dom Dwyer, according to an official statement that appeared on the club's website. He joins the Canadians through the 2022 season. The U.S. international joins on a free transfer, having played last for Orlando SC. The 30-year old is an experienced veteran who found the net 24 times while in Orlando; Toronto F.C. General Manager Ali Curtis greeted him by saying:

"“Dom is a powerful attacking player that has experience scoring goals in this league. He’s been training with us in Orlando, and he’s fit very well within the group; [he] gives us another dangerous attacking option when we think about our front six. Dom very much wanted to join the club and that was a big part of the signing process, given he had interest from other clubs. We’re happy he’s with us, and we’re looking forward to him getting on the field.”

Dwyer was born in England and was originally signed by Kansas City via the 2012 MLS Super Draft.
