Interviewed by the Diario de Sevilla, Anthony Martial admitted that he was close to Juventus: "They have made a bid for me, it's true. But speaking with the agent I told him that I would have preferred Sevilla, it was the best option for me and for the family". He also confirmed the interest of Barcelona. "I knew I was going to play and playing for me is the most important thing. Sevilla are a good club, a family club. For me it was the right decision."
